The Job

• To achieve Sales Target from assigned Sales Channels.
• Facilitates training to all sales staff in Insurance Product knowledge ; Sales and sales closing techniques ; Operation and fulfillment processes.
• Handle Enquiries from Banker & Customers.
• To proactively working with Leaders to plan sales activity and create Banca awareness in order to keep grow Banca’s business from assigned sales channels.
• To increase Sales staff participating and activity ratio.
• To support RP event and weekend banking(if any).
• Accomplishes other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
