Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will ensure efficient management of the CEO’s schedule, communication, and organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar and appointments
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations
- Prepare, organize, and facilitate meetings and events
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
- Assist in the development of reports and presentations
- Oversee incoming and outgoing communications
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Conduct research and compile relevant data as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO
Qualifications
