About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Dong Sing Food Link Sdn. Bhd' in Semenyih, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth running of our sales processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative and sales support to the sales team
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • To review and check the quotation for accuracy
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and providing reporting as required
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address sales-related issues and improve processes

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to work with various software and databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
