Penerangan pekerjaanPossess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. Between 5 to 7 years working experience in a law firm or inhouse legal in relation to Corporate Commercial Drafting and Advisory. Added advantage if admitted to the Malaysian Bar or equivalent Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector. Understanding of operational and business processes. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and training skills. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Monthly eWallet allowance. Additional 1% employer EPF contribution from your 1st to 3rd year of service, with further increases based on your continued years of service. Job Responsibilities :
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising a variety of commercial contracts.
- Advising on legal matters and applicable laws from a legal perspective in relation to all projects and initiatives by the Company.
- Assist with administrative works of the Legal Department
- Following up on all post-contract related matters.
- To keep updated with the latest developments in legislation or regulatory environment especially in corporate, financial and fintech sectors.
- Assist in identifying potential areas of legal vulnerability and risk across the Company and take steps to address them.
- Supporting the business needs by working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the Company.
- Execute any other ad-hoc tasks assigned in relation to day to day running of the Legal Department.
