Country Nursing Lead (ADON / DON Experience - Dialysis)
Coordinate the CCS team and support clinical teammates in implementing, developing, and maintaining :
Quality programs and improvement initiatives
Policies and Procedures (P&Ps)
Clinical risk management and patient safety programs
Clinical and patient education programs
Implement and monitor country clinical goals in collaboration with the Country Chief Medical Officer and Operations Team.
Manage and supervise the clinical services and education teams, including recruitment, performance, and development of teammates.
Oversee patient safety processes, including adverse occurrence reporting, root cause analysis, and sentinel event reviews.
Lead Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities, attend QAPI meetings, and report on initiatives.
Ensure P&Ps align with international requirements, oversee reviews, updates, and implementation.
Oversee training and education programs, ensure completion of in-service and ongoing development, and manage training materials.
Ensure compliance with company’s program, laws, regulations, and regulatory documentation requirements.
Provide leadership and coaching to Clinical Services Specialists, Educators, and Head Nurses; manage resources and operational reviews.
Collaborate with the International Nursing Lead to ensure alignment with international standards, quality programs, and policy implementation.
Responsible for quality initiatives, special projects, staff education, BLS, privileging, competency assessments, and nursing investigations of adverse events.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing preferred; experience in quality improvement is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years in a senior renal nursing position with post-basic qualification.
3–5 years’ experience in Quality Management and Improvement within healthcare.
Familiar with clinical accreditation and regulatory requirements (e.g. CKAPS).
Strong integrity, judgment, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficient in data management and MS Excel for QI-related analysis.
