Recruit, sign, and manage KOLs, content creators, and artists for digital campaigns.
Develop content plans and collaboration strategies aligned with marketing goals.
Coordinate content production, livestreams, and video schedules with creators.
Monitor creator performance and content metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously optimize collaborations.
Maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and partner platforms.
Research market trends and competitor activities to identify high-potential talent and KOL resources.
Requirements
Diploma or above, with 2+ years of experience in talent management, KOL management, or livestream / content creator operations.
Familiarity with overseas social media platforms, such as TikTok, YouTube, Bigo, Facebook .
Strong communication, negotiation, and resource integration skills.
High execution ability, responsibility, and independence in driving projects.
Fluent in both Chinese and English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience managing influencer or talent resources in any industry is a plus (industry-neutral).
