Analyst, Client Services (Transaction Banking)
Address client inquiries related to e-channels, cash, and trade products.
Assist with account management and online transaction processing.
Provide training and guidance on e-banking functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as login, payment, and account‑related concerns.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical matters.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
Support client service managers with presentation materials and internal reporting.
Stay informed on industry developments, security protocols, and regulatory changes.
Strategic & Financial Impact
Contribute to embedding MUFG in clients’ transaction flows.
Collaborate with sales teams to support financial targets through effective client servicing.
Client & Control Focus
Deliver high‑quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Act as first‑level support for daily client queries.
Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing in coordination with other departments.
Build product knowledge to enhance client support.
Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
