As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator who is passionate about customer relationship management, sales support, and project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic international manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and RFQs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate sample builds, order processing, and shipment arrangements in collaboration with internal departments.
- Maintain close communication with customers to understand requirements and provide timely project updates.
- Liaise with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.
- Prepare and review sales‑related documents, including quotations, purchase orders, and shipment confirmations.
- Coordinate internal responses for customer feedback or improvement actions with relevant departments.
- Support sales reporting, payment tracking, and forecasting activities.
- Participate in customer visits, meetings, or training sessions, with possibility of overseas travel for customer visits or company training.
- Contribute to achieving sales growth and customer satisfaction targets through proactive engagement and teamwork.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or project management within a manufacturing or EMS environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across sales, engineering, and operations teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with ERP systems.Excellent command of English and Mandarin (spoken & written) — Mandarin is essential for coordination with China plant and supplier teams.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cable assembly, or international trade is an advantage.Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Why Join Exceltek
