We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager – Medical Channel to lead and grow our sales operations. This role is pivotal in achieving area sales targets by implementing strategic initiatives, maximizing business opportunities, and driving team performance to contribute to the overall growth of MEGA BiO-LiFE .
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support line manager in managing day‑to‑day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Facilitate execution of promotional strategies through teams by understanding marketing objectives.
- Ensure marketing activities or competitor information is shared with the team.
- Provide market feedback to the team if any changes occur.
- Provide reports / insights on competitors' activities, promotions, product recalls, pricing, and new product launches.
- Oversee all Sales Representatives, attend review meetings, and monitor performance. Identify areas for improvement and provide guidance to drive business growth and enhance team effectiveness.
Requirements
Strong selling and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Effective coaching skills to guide and develop team members.Solid understanding of marketing information and market dynamics.Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing or related field.Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.Benefits
