Key account / Medical sales executive

Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 3 years of proven experience in a medical / healthcare sales role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, customer buying behaviours and the competitive landscape Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to effectively engage with decision-makers Ability to understand and interpret complex customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions Proficient in data analysis, forecasting and reporting to track and measure sales performance Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets Degree in a related field such as life sciences, marketing or business preferred Comprehensive medical insurance coverage Generous annual leave and flexible work arrangements Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Team-building activities and social events to foster a positive company culture
About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Key Account / Medical Sales Executive to join our growing team at United Life Care Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Penang, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare customers, driving sales growth and ensuring the successful delivery of our high-quality medical products and services.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics and other key accounts
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to maximise sales and increase customer loyalty
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business and retain existing accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless order fulfilment and excellent customer service
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities and new product developments
