To provide sales support for CR & NCR business distribution channels within the Klang Valley region.
To build close relationships and rapport with the business partner and to ensure continuous business support and future business development.
To provide joint field if necessary to drive Banca business.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
To assist monitor and lead marketing activities for sales team in order to achieve budget & profitability being set, for all channels in the region (Credit and Non-Credit related).
To conduct training / meeting / work shop with KV all sales channel on sales related matter and updating product information / new product briefing.
Weekly meeting with the team mate and ensure the team on track on the department direction.
To keep track of all supporting related activities are completed.
To monitor the cases submitted by the sales staff ensure that they are well informed and followed the selling guidelines set by regulator.
Regular visitation to the bank branches assigned.
Work closely with our administration in head office, in order to keep up the service standard.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with bancassurance product, specializing in Sales / Business Development or experience in sales management for Bancassurance
