Fractional Email Marketing Specialists (Mailchimp / Klaviyo)

We’re not looking for someone to “sprinkle magic” or “hack growth.” We’re looking for someone who actually knows how to plan, send, and fix email campaigns that work .

You’ll be the person who makes sure our emails don’t just land in inboxes — they get read, clicked, and acted on. The role spans three very different companies.

What you’ll actually do

• Build and run campaigns on Mailchimp and Klaviyo .
• Segment lists properly (no blasting everyone with the same email).
• Create automation flows : welcomes, re-engagements, upsells, workshop reminders.
• Write subject lines and copy that cut through inbox clutter — no clichés, no “newsletter filler.”
• Test what works (A / B subject lines, send times, CTAs) and kill what doesn’t.
• Keep lists clean and deliverability high.
• Report weekly on what’s working — and what’s not.
