About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Operations Specialist with hands‑on expertise in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, and Marketo . The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex marketing campaigns, optimizing lead management processes, and leveraging Salesforce data for campaign performance and ROI reporting.
You will play a pivotal role in connecting marketing and sales operations—ensuring data integrity, automation efficiency, and continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Salesforce CRM to support marketing and sales alignment.
- Integrate Salesforce with marketing automation platforms ( Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo ) to streamline campaign tracking and lead nurturing.
- Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and data enrichment processes to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene, duplicate management, and campaign attribution accuracy.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute end‑to‑end multi‑channel campaigns (email, web, and events) using Salesforce‑connected automation tools.Develop and manage segmentation, personalization, and A / B testing strategies to increase engagement.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics—open rates, CTR, conversion rates—and deliver actionable insights.Email Marketing & Engagement
Build and manage automated nurture journeys and engagement programs via Pardot Engagement Studio and HubSpot workflows .Implement best practices for deliverability, compliance (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM), and responsive email design.Collaborate with content and design teams to optimize messaging and creative execution.Performance Analytics & Optimization
Generate Salesforce reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, lead flow, and ROI.Analyze marketing funnel metrics and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency.Partner with stakeholders to translate data insights into strategic marketing and sales initiatives.Process Improvement & Collaboration
Enhance integration and data flow between Salesforce and marketing tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and WordPress .Document and standardize workflows for marketing operations and campaign execution.Mentor junior associates on campaign setup, CRM usage, and automation best practices.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Food Studies acceptable with marketing specialization).3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or marketing automation.Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM , Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), and HubSpot Marketing Software.Proficiency with Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.Seniority level
