Email Marketing Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanManage, mentor, and develop a team of EDM specialists to ensure the delivery of impactful campaigns. Assign and prioritize tasks within the team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Oversee list hygiene and customer segmentation to ensure precise targeting and personalization. Develop and execute A / B testing plans to drive email campaign success. Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve email deliverability and performance. Uphold the highest standards of customer data security and ethical handling across brands and regions. Develop and enforce best practices for data protection and compliance. Provide stakeholders with detailed campaign performance reports, including OKR tracking and actionable insights. Recommend strategic improvements to scale and optimize email marketing performance 5–7 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results. Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring email marketing teams. Advanced proficiency with email marketing platforms like Elastic Email, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar tools. Expertise in customer segmentation, personalization, and mapping customer journeys. Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance metrics and implementing data-driven improvements. Familiarity with advanced email marketing automation workflows. Experience in navigating multi-regional email marketing strategies. A forward-thinking approach to adopting innovative marketing technologies.

With a focus on measurable results, you’ll align email marketing efforts with business objectives to elevate performance across the board.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Campaign Planning & Management
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of email campaigns across diverse brands and regions.
- Develop strategies to optimize email engagement, including click-through rates, open rates, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand coordinators, design, and PMO / IT) to align email marketing with broader marketing objectives.
