Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in food science, food technology, microbiology, biochemistry, or related field Minimum 1-2 years working experience in quality control and supervision in a food manufacturing environment Able to work shifts. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Certification in Food safety and quality management system (e.g HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO is a plus. The candidate will relocate to the Shah Alam plant during the probation period.
Job Description
- Oversee production stages to uphold consistent quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan, monitor & ensure the EMP (Environmental Monitoring Program) are implementing according to the plan.
- Conducting trending of results obtained from EMP & review the EMP with line manager & stakeholder
- To follow up / verify the corrective actions with stakeholders should any out of specifications results be detected.
- To update work instruction / guideline or follow up with respective stakeholder such as production if there is any changes on the existing practice
- To perform validation / verification activities which would trigger the review of the EMP due to the changes related to products, processes or legislation where relevant.
- Manage documentation and record-keeping related to quality control activities, inspections and audits which related to Soy Sauce Fermentation.
