We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Executive / Senior Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting product development initiatives from concept to launch., helping them to realize their vision through our innovative services and products.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to bring product ideas to life — from concept development and identifying unique selling points to creating products that stand out in the market.
Prepare clear and persuasive product proposals and costings, and present ideas confidently to potential customers to support new business opportunities.
Build strong, lasting partnerships with both existing and new customers by understanding their goals and offering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Plan and lead business discussions with clients to explore opportunities, present new ideas, and strengthen business relationships.
Act as a trusted partner, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Coordinate with customers on technical and quality matters, including handling feedback, product performance, and stability concerns.
Work hand-in-hand with the product team on customer requirements, innovative formulations, and new ingredient sourcing.
Stay ahead of the market by participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences — bringing fresh insights and trends back to the team.
Take on new challenges and projects as assigned, contributing to the company’s continuous growth and innovation.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or other related scientific disciplines.
Experience : 2-3 years of working experience in the health supplement or nutrition industry is preferred.
Market Insight : Familiarity with market trends and practices will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills : Strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and good negotiation abilities. Able to work independently, proactively, and with minimal supervision.
Language : Good command of both spoken and written English.
Fresh Graduates : Candidates with a fast-learning attitude and good personality are also encouraged to apply.
