Responsibilities

  • 1.1. New Joiner Preparation : Coordinate workstation setup, Badge ID issuance, Name Card printing, and Access Card control.
  • 2.2. Welfare Organization : Plan and source suppliers for daily snacks and festival gifts within the provided budget.
  • 3.3. Company Car Management : Oversee car usage, maintenance, insurance, and road tax renewal.
  • 4.4. Visitor Reception : Provide visitor reception services and meeting support.
  • 5.5 Space Management : Manage office space needs, including cleaning, leasing, expansion, relocation, renovation, workstation repairs, office maintenance, green plant care, and general upkeep.
  • 6.6. SIM Card Management : Address SIM card requirements for business departments and update system data accordingly.
  • 7.7. Payment Management : Ensure timely submission and record-keeping of payments.
  • 8.8. Dormitory Management : Oversee housing leases for expatriate staff and maintain general records and monitoring.
  • 9.9. Additional Duties : Perform any additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • 10.10. Service Targets : Provide support for regional administrative tasks in Europe, if required.
