Task and Responsibilities
- Assist with the monthly billing process for parcel owners.
- Handling office administration tasks, including updating the contractor listing, tracking owners and tenant correspondences for the Building Manager attention and response, and filing documents properly.
- Perform customer service help desk duties to support the management office pertaining to any complaints or enquiries from resident owners / tenants.
- Ensure all correspondence is promptly directed to the relevant person in charge (PIC) for attention, follow-up, and response. All correspondence should be properly filed to maintain accurate records for future reference.
- Handling resident owners / tenants' complaints and feedback and forward them to the respective person in charge (PIC) for follow-up action.
- Administer circulars to resident owners / tenants, manage any facility bookings via GPROP, and follow up on returns or replies. This includes typing out standard maintenance circulars, performing mail merges for distribution, and compiling returns and statistics as needed.
- Assist the Building Manager with clerical tasks, including typing Standard Circulars and other documents as required by management.
- Can start work immediately.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field.Proficient skilled with Microsoft Office including Word & Excel.Coordinate with management, good working attitude, strong interpersonal and able to work independently.Ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.Must be capable of working independently with very minimal supervision.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
