Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized personnel to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic, coordinate with peers, address client inquiries with professionalism and empathy, and maintain positive relationships with government personnel and business associates to uphold a high standard of service. You will also ensure the clinic complies with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Minimum SPM / O Level, Diploma, or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and Hokkien is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is needed to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Strong communication and customer service skills.Preferably entry-level candidates with a background in Healthcare, Nursing, or Medical Support.Personal Attributes
