Professional cloud certifications (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, etc.) are an advantage. 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or technical consulting. Strong understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS), including networking, storage, security, and automation frameworks. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to effectively support regional clients.

Job Purpose
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that meet customer business objectives. This role combines deep technical expertise with consultative engagement, guiding clients throughout their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures that address customer requirements and business goals.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle — from discovery and design to deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.
- Provide consultative guidance by simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, contributing insights to strengthen and enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with both customer expectations and organizational objectives.
- Support technical operations and account management activities as assigned by the Business Development Director.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, delivery quality, and solution integrity across all projects.
