To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Employee Services Assistant Manager located in Perai, Penang .

What a typical day looks like :

• Oversee the operation and management of hostel facilities for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Ensure adherence to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and ISO standards across employee service facilities and processes.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders, including employees, management, regulatory bodies, and service providers.
• Oversee the transportation services provided to employees, including shuttle services, commuting arrangements, and transportation logistics.
• Manage in-house medical clinics, ensuring the provision of high‑quality healthcare services to employees.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote employee wellness initiatives and provide timely medical assistance.
• Supervise cafeteria operations, including menu planning, food quality, and hygiene standards.
• Define the goals in areas of responsibility for short‑ and long‑term performance. Oversee implementation of goals so that Flex can continue to be best in class.
• Oversee management of administrative services.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet organizational needs.
• Manage vendor relationships. Responsible for managing negotiations and contractual agreements with new vendors.
• Improve program and service quality by devising new processes / procedures; updating and evaluating results.
• Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring and evaluating results.
• Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
