About The Role
The Senior Client Servicing plays a key leadership role within the client servicing team, bridging strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. This position requires a confident, proactive, and solutions-driven individual who can manage clients, guide internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and effectively.
The role focuses on strengthening client relationships and maintaining project momentum. A Senior Client Servicing Executive is expected to demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and leadership while upholding the agency’s standards of service and collaboration.
Job Responsibility :
- Manage 4 clients (mix of retainers and full projects)
- Coordinate 3 short-term deliverable-focused projects (under 3 months)
- Support internal communication across design and content strategy teams
- Translate client requests into actionable tasks
- Gather and clarify feedback with internal support
- Track deadlines and deliverables, escalating issues as needed
- Participate in client meetings and prepare follow-ups or status updates
- Maintain project documentation and update status trackers
- Reduce friction in client workflows
- Responds to clients promptly during working hours and manages deliverable timelines efficiently\Internal reliability and responsiveness
- Maintains consistent professionalism and clear boundaries in all client interactions, even under pressureMinimum 3 years of working experience, including at least 1 year in an agency environment
