Penerangan pekerjaan

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in all administrative maters for Warehouse Dept including arranging courier pick-up
  • Submit monthly warehouse reports to management
  • Liaising with Sales Dept and Logistics Dept to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Assist in periodic physical stock count and rectify the variances
  • Monitor warehouse equipment and machinery, and coordinate maintenance and repair activities
  • Enforcing safety and security protocols in the warehouse
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation system

Requirements :

  • At least Diploma in any related field
  • Minimum one (1) year related working experience particularly in conventional / small warehouse environment
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with team-members, customers, suppliers
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Due to nature of duties, vacancy is only opened to male candidates

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
