Senior Finance Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications preferred. Minimum 3 years of finance experience in full-set accounts and financial reporting. Ability to work and effectively communicate with staff / department within the organisation. Able to commit time to meet deadline and able to prioritise work with good time management. Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point. Independent and strong sense of responsibility. Detailed oriented and multi-task. Preferably candidates who has exposure in retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for month-end closing, ensuring accurate financial entries and timely reporting.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports within deadlines.
- Consolidate and submit Group reporting in compliance with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
- Perform AR matching and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Responsible for E-Invoice reconciliation, consolidation and E-Invoice related matters.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and internal controls for efficient reporting.
- Maintain accurate accounting ledgers and perform monthly reconciliations with supporting schedules.
- Prepare and support annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for management.
- Assist in yearly audits, collaborating with internal and external auditors.
- Manage ad-hoc financial projects and reporting tasks as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
