R&D Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented R&D Executive (Cosmetics & Skincare) to join our team. This role will focus on cosmetic and skincare product research, formulation, and registration. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in beauty trends, product innovation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development (R&D) for skincare and cosmetic products.
• Formulate, prepare, and test product samples according to project requirements.
• Ensure all formulations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (NPRA, NOT).
• Prepare technical documentation and support product registration processes.
• Research new raw materials, active ingredients, and industry trends for innovative product ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and quality control teams for product launches.
• Perform product stability and efficacy testing.
• Maintain accurate R&D records and reports.

Requirements

Working Hours

(Monday- Friday : 8.30pm-5 : 30pm)

(Saturday : 8 : 30am-12 : 30pm)
