Senior Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably with exposure to the retail industry. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams. Meet deadlines and deliver projects on time and within scope. Self-motivated, proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Willingness to travel as required.
Job Descriptions
- Assist in driving and managing new business initiatives and process improvement projects, from concept through to implementation.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear alignment of projects goals, expectations, and deliverables.
- Gather and analyze feedback and business performance data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new features or system enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Prepare reports and updates for management on project status and outcomes.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
