The Role
As Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across automation, semiconductor, and manufacturing verticals. This position combines strategic account management with new business development to expand market share in a competitive landscape.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Driving business development initiatives to expand market presence in automation, semiconductor, and manufacturing industries
- Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts while identifying and securing new customer opportunities
- Conducting comprehensive market mapping, lead generation, and relationship-building with key decision‑makers across OEMs, EMS providers, system integrators, and end‑users
- Delivering compelling technical sales presentations and proposals in collaboration with engineering teams
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform pricing strategies and product positioning
- Representing the company at trade shows, networking events, and high‑level customer engagements
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting through CRM systems to support business planning

You are an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in B2B technical sales. You excel at building lasting client relationships, understanding complex technical requirements, and converting opportunities into revenue.
