Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational activities
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance and accounting role, preferably in the construction industryStrong working knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standardsProficiency in using accounting software , spreadsheet and excel applicationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and complianceMultitasking candidateJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
