Responsibilities

• Manage the

end-to-end expatriate hiring process

(ESD registration, MYFutureJobs ads, SOCSO certification, LoU / APL, Projection, Employment Passes, Dependant Passes, JTKSM reporting).

local recruitment process, onboarding, payroll, leave management, and employee relations

in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

SOCSO, EPF, EIS, HRD Corp, and LHDN

for both local and expatriate staff.

monthly financial accounts

including statements, reconciliations, and cash flow reports for management review.

external stakeholders

including auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulators to ensure accurate reporting and statutory compliance.

accounts receivable / payable, vendor payments, expense claims, and financial documentation

to support audits and tax filings.

liaison with government authorities

(Immigration, MIDA, SOCSO, EPF, HRD Corp, JTKSM) for HR, expatriate, and compliance matters.

administrative tasks

including booking of hotels, travel, venues, and logistics for meetings, training, and company events.

HR, finance, and administrative policies, reports, and records

for management and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration

or a related field.

5 years of relevant experience

in HR and finance, preferably in SMEs or multinational environments.

Malaysian labour laws, SOCSO, EPF, EIS, HRD Corp, LHDN

and other statutory regulations.

expatriate / foreign hiring processes

including ESD, Immigration, MIDA, and JTKSM requirements.

accounting and HR software

(e.g.QuickBooks or similar).

monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and liaise with auditors / tax agents

administrative and organizational skills

, including travel, hotel, and event coordination.

communicate with government authorities, vendors, and stakeholders

integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail

English and Bahasa Malaysia

(spoken and written); knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is an added advantage.
