Business Development Manager - Industrial Packaging MNC

Penerangan pekerjaanHunt and win new business across emerging sectors (semiconductor, EV, cloud, healthcare). Drive strategic expansion through total solution-based selling. Lead ESG, CRM, ERP, and debt-reduction initiatives within the business development team. Partner with regional / global teams to implement growth strategies and deliver large projects. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Coach junior team members and lead regional pipeline development. Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for potential clients. Track and report on sales performance metrics to evaluate progress and outcomes. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant fields Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial protective packaging (must-have) Strategic thinker with strong execution, leadership, and customer-hunting skills Familiar with packaging materials like foam, corrugated paper, wood; plastics thermoforming is a plus Excellent communication, planning, and presentation abilities; bilingual preferred (EN / CN) Competitive compensation with sales incentive Medical, dental, insurance, and wellness benefits Regional travel exposure & overseas training opportunities Education sponsorships and career development support Flexible allowances (travel, phone, data)
