Are you ready to embark on an exciting career journey with WINTOO TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. ? We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Puchong, Selangor . The ideal candidates will focus on key areas including sales, team monitoring and guidance, management duties ranging from junior to senior levels, and backend operations support.
Training and Development
We provide foundational training and development opportunities, including departmental rotations, all under the supervision of experienced business leaders and mentors.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in various departmental rotations (start from Sales) to gain a holistic understanding of the business operations.
- Meeting with clients physically during sales visits.
- Demonstrate and present products effectively to potential clients.
- Discuss promotions and offers with clients to enhance sales opportunities.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and solve their problems.
- Actively participate in sales team meetings and training sessions.
- Assist in monitoring team performance and supporting team members in achieving their goals.
