A. SCHEDULING & ADMINISTRATIVE
- Coordinates calendar, travels, meetings, and schedule arrangements.
Includes initiating contact and securing appointments and facilities as appropriate.
Conducts weekly meetings with HOD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and record minutes meeting and other requests.Works closely with other department team members to assure sufficient preparation for meetings or other engagements.Coordinates transportation and accommodation requirements and ensures arrangements are in place when outstation travel is required.Coordinates work schedule of drivers.Document preparation and control, internal communications, general office maintenance to improve cost and effectiveness.Keeps and maintains an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence.Prepares correspondence including drafting of general replies.Receives visitors, including VIPs & royalty, ensuring that appropriate attention is paid to the necessary protocol and procedural issues.B. OFFICE MANAGEMENT
Handles all matters assigned by the manager.Compiles monthly reports and financial reporting.Submits and keeps track of Chairman’s claims and other payments due.Ensures all tasks are completed within the stipulated deadlines.C. OTHERS
