About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our talented culinary team at KAFE DSJ SDN BHD in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to showcase your skills and passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standard using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Collaborating with the head chef to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes
• Ensuring efficient and effective kitchen operations, including inventory management and food cost control
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment in the kitchen
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior kitchen staff
• Adhering to all food safety and health regulations
