THE ROLE :
The Senior Director of Regional Strategy and Implementation will serve as a key strategic partner to the Managing Director (MD) for China and APAC driving the execution of regional initiatives across China and APAC. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven ability to influence at all levels, foster cross-functional collaboration, and translate global strategies into impactful regional outcomes. The Senior Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of regional operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES :
While this is an individual contributor role, the Senior Director will lead through influence and strategic oversight :
Strategic Advisory : Provide high-level recommendations for regional growth, including market expansion, business model innovation, and marketing strategy optimization.Financial Stewardship : Partner with regional and global finance teams to ensure financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.Operational Oversight : Direct the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at improving regional operations and processes.Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as a key liaison between regional teams and global stakeholders, fostering alignment and collaboration.Cross-Functional Leadership : Lead and coordinate strategic projects involving multiple functions to drive regional success.CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION :
