HR Officer (Based in Puchong Office)

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
• Support the compensation and benefits administration
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, events, trainings, surveys, etc.)
• Answer employee queries regarding HR-related issues
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding & offboarding, work permit & visa application
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and internal rules & regulations
• Administration & Others : Provide administrative support where relevant, Assist in HR projects & initiatives in-line with Group HR\'s objectives & directives, Application of work permits / employment pass when required, To undertake any ad-hoc tasks / projects pertaining to Human Resources & General Administrative duties as and when required
