HR Officer (Based in Puchong Office)

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role (preferred but not required) Strong organizational and administrative skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (preferred but not required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
- Support the compensation and benefits administration
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, events, trainings, surveys, etc.)
- Answer employee queries regarding HR-related issues
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding & offboarding, work permit & visa application
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and internal rules & regulations
- Administration & Others : Provide administrative support where relevant, Assist in HR projects & initiatives in-line with Group HR\'s objectives & directives, Application of work permits / employment pass when required, To undertake any ad-hoc tasks / projects pertaining to Human Resources & General Administrative duties as and when required
