Sales Support Specialist

Job description2-3 years of experience in pre-sales support, interior design industries Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings Comfortable working across teams and occasionally engaging with clients Exposure to regional projects and collaboration with global teams Beautifully designed office environment Monthly wellness allowance and generous leave policies Permanent role with career development in a global design organization Inclusive team culture with regular engagement activities
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, pricing strategies, and support project bids for Malaysia and occasionally Singapore
- Interpret AutoCAD drawings and collaborate with design teams to ensure layout accuracy
- Support sales presentations, RFP / RFI responses, and client pitches with visual and pricing materials
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Drawing, Operations, OFT, SPQ) to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- Engage with clients to clarify project requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
