The role supports sales and procurement by handling quotations, working with carriers, and maintaining client records. The ideal candidate bridges commercial strategy and operations, ensuring timely responses and smooth coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and send freight quotations (Ocean, Air, Sea) using templates and rate sheets.
- Coordinate with carriers and agents for rates and schedules.
- Follow up on client enquiries and pending quotations.
- Maintain CRM or enquiry logs with accurate data.
- Assist in uploading content to website and social media (e.g., team photos, testimonials).
- Support procurement coordination and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Sciences, Business, or related field.1–3 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service; fresh graduates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are welcome.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.Strong written communication skills for international correspondence and internal documents.Tech-savvy with familiarity in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools.Skills :
