Job descriptionAssist in preparing proposal decks, capability statements, and tender support materials for construction bids. Create compelling construction project narratives for bids and client presentations. Support BD team in client engagement activities, industry events, and networking sessions specific to construction. Research opportunities and track construction project success stories that strengthen the Division’s market positioning. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or related field. Engineering background is an added advantage, especially for translating construction technical details into client-ready materials. Strong skills in PowerPoint, report writing, and visual presentation. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage. 1–4 years of experience in engineering, construction BD support, or project communications preferred; fresh graduates with strong presentation skills also considered. Outgoing, energetic and detail-oriented, with confidence in presenting to internal / external stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain the Construction Division’s project profile library (credentials, case studies, success stories).
- Prepare high-quality presentations and project highlights for management, clients, and industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with project teams to capture construction milestones, achievements, and lessons learned.
- Ensure all project-related communication reflects the Construction Division’s expertise and client-ready image.
