Residence Manager / Estate Manager

Responsibilities :

• To oversee the daily operations of the building in accordance with policies and procedures.
• To lead and supervise admin personnel, technicians, guards, and cleaners to effectively manage the operational efficiency of the building and / or gated community.
• To conduct regular site inspections of the estate's premises including infrastructure, amenities, etc., with a view for safety of proprietors and / or its residents.
• To ensure the collections are up to date daily.
• To supervise service providers, contractors, etc., to ensure adherence to work scope.
• To attend to the occupants' / tenants' complaints and rectify immediately if they come under the landlord's service.
• To obtain and supervise commercial tenants to fulfill resident's needs.
• To be able to plan, prepare and take minutes at meetings.
