Position : HR Manager
Report to : General Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all HR functions, including recruiting, training, OD, C&B, ER, etc.
- Provide a HR service that delivers the best HR practice and competitively to support and achieve business objectives.
- Partner with internal management team to lead and implement the employee and leadership development strategy, plans and programs to support growth of organization
- Identify and plan for talent needs and continuously upgrade the talent brought into the organization.
- Direct the talent acquisition process with the goal of ensuring that the highest caliber employees are brought into the organization in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide guidance, coaching and direction on internal employee relations issues according to company practice, working on corrective actions and performance evaluations.
- Provide effectively supports to contribute to the overall HR team strategies, plan and program.
- Employee engagement & performance management.
- Set up / improve HR & Admin. related policy and process.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in HR or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing companies with solid experience in HR function.
Understanding of HR practices and process including all functions.
Good project management skills and employee relationship building experience.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with leaders, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with different function team members of the organization.
Highly motivated, able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and have a flexible and result driven approach on managing challenges and changes.
Good English and Mandarin capability.
