The role
Our client has entrusted us with this HR Manager / Senior HR Manager position in Malaysia for a Pan-Asia business. They are in the fast moving consumer goods / retail industry and hence if you have worked in similar businesses in your career, consider applying
You will be reporting to the Country GM and dotted line to the Head of HR from HQ (same time zone), and we expect you to show great leadership in bringing up a team of HR professionals.
We expect you to be a generalist HR, while being able to help the group in their transformation journey, mainly in the following aspects :
- Compensation & Benefits : Because the group runs FMCG and fast-moving retail sales, we need an experienced leader to help our client plan tip-top commission and incentive plans to reward their deserving performers We will need you to be familiar with utilizing excel sheets and hands-on with numbers.
- Recruitment and Onboarding : Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations : Addressing employees relation issues, managing conflict and promoting positive working environment, even if you need to handle toxic colleagues
- Workforce Planning : Working directly with the Global business leaders, CEO, CFO, Head of HR from HQ and contribute to Malaysia's organizational development
- General HR Admin & Operations duties
