Pantry Service Assistant

Join our dynamic team as a Pantry Service Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be based in our vibrant factory in Batu Kawan, Penang, supporting our pantries and breakrooms team to ensure a seamless dining experience for the staff.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain a clean, well-stocked pantry to support pantry operations.

Assist with drinks and snack preparation and replenishment tasks.

Ensure all equipment are functioning and surfaces are clean (e.g., coffee machines, vending machines, water filter machines).

Restock and organize pantry items and supplies.

Check and restock vending machines.

Provide excellent customer service to factory staff and respond promptly to requests.

Assist in receiving and unloading stock from suppliers.

Perform ad hoc tasks when needed.

Job Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.

Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work on Morning / Noon Shift & Public Holidays.

A good teamwork player. Cooperative and responsible. Willing to help and assist teammates when needed.

Possess own transportation.
