International Office (IO) at Sunway Education Group welcomes interested candidates to submit their resume for the above stated vacancy with the following job specifications :

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and promotions of education services of Sunway Education Group to increase enrolments of international students (e.g., counselling & advisory activities, school visits, talks, presentations, exhibitions, consultations, via Salesforce CRM, email, etc.)
• Promptly assess, process and follow-up on international student inquiries and applications to International Office.
• Manage incoming enquiries to the application stage from digital platforms (e.g., Salesforce CRM, online application portal, social media, website, etc.)
• Provide prompt marketing and administrative support to the network of international / local agent representatives, including course and programme information, procedures and related advice.
• Provide marketing and administrative support, advice, market intelligence and research information to all relevant stakeholders, including agent representative.
• Actively assist in planning and developing suitable advertising and promotional materials, literature, innovative marketing campaigns and events to recruit qualified international students.
• Handle, coordinate or assist in other IO-related duties, e.g., application documents, student arrivals, student pass / visa processing, welfare matters, records, filing, reports, travel arrangements, etc.
• Contribute to improving the overall efficiency and continuous improvement of IO policies and procedures.
