Forwarding Executive With KEK Cert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import / Export Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and compliant import / export operations while liaising with various government authorities, customers, and logistics providers. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and compliance of our international trade activities.

Priority given to those Candidates with KEK or KEP Certificate.

Key Responsibilities :

• Declarations : Prepare and submit K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, ZB1, ZB2, ZB3, and ZB4 declarations in accordance with regulations.
• SIRIM Permit Submission : Manage SIRIM permit submissions, including the Certificate of Approval (COA).
• Government Liaison : Effectively liaise with government authorities such as MIDA, LPK, Customs, and others to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
• Customer & Liner Coordination : Collaborate with customers and liners to coordinate and manage upcoming shipments.
• Import / Export Procedures : Ensure all import and export procedures are followed, maintaining compliance with regulations.
• HS Code Knowledge : Utilize knowledge of HS Codes to check and confirm import / export requirements.
• FTA / CO Duty Rate Check : Conduct Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and Certificate of Origin (CO) duty rate checks.
• Metal Shipment Experience : Apply your experience in handling metal shipments to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Sealnet Experience : Utilize Sealnet for managing and processing shipping documentation.
• Continuous Learning : Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and regulations.
