Job descriptionCustomer Service : Greet and welcome guests with a smile, seat them comfortably, and take their orders accurately. Order Delivery : Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring each order is correct and every customer is satisfied with their meal. Attentive Care : Stay attentive to customers throughout their visit – refill drinks, address requests, and resolve any issues with a warm, helpful attitude. Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and tidy dining area. Clear tables, reset place settings, and ensure the café always looks presentable and inviting. Team Support : Assist the kitchen and team whenever needed – whether it’s running food, prepping simple ingredients, or helping out during busy periods. Smooth Operations : Work closely with colleagues to ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently every day. Growth & Development : We offer on-the-job training and mentorship to help you build your skills. You’ll learn about all aspects of running a cafe, from customer service to kitchen basics. Requirements
- Eager Learner :
- A keen desire to learn and grow in the food & beverage industry. (Experience is a bonus, but not required – we will train you!)
- Friendly Personality :
- Warm, down-to-earth and enjoys interacting with people. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Team Player :
- Cooperative and upbeat attitude – willing to support teammates and step in to help wherever needed.
- Work Ethic :
- Responsible and punctual. Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced café environment.
- Flexibility :
- Willing to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends if required, to meet the café’s needs.
