Job description

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum three (3) years of working experience in related field.
Knowledge of regulatory law; and
Knowledge of the legal aspects of construction and property development industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft and review correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Head of Department, Legal.

Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, presentations, and reports as required.

Maintain organized, filing systems for legal documents and records.

Conduct legal research as directed by the Head of Department, Legal, to support decision- making and legal strategy.

Assist and attending to Tribunal cases.

Provide support for ad-hoc legal tasks as directed by the Head of Department, Legal.

Collaborate with other departments and executives to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.

Perform all other duties deemed necessary as assigned and required.
