Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. –3 years of relevant IT support experience. Security Awareness : Knowledge of antivirus, data protection, and basic cybersecurity hygiene. Software Support : IT Applications at stores such as POS Application, Inventory Module, POS Back Office Application. Remote Support Tools : TeamViewer. Ticketing Systems : Experience with ITSM tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset and patience in handling users. Problem-solving attitude and analytical thinking. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Team player with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities :
- Provide timely IT support to end-users.
- Log, monitor, and resolve support tickets in accordance with SLA.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant IT teams when necessary.
- Track and update ticket statuses while maintaining clear communication with users.
- Create and update user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Prepare simple reports on IT support activities, common issues, and resolutions.
- Identify and suggest improvements to minimize recurring issues.
- Participate in IT projects such as system rollouts, upgrades, or migrations.
