Job descriptionFirst-level troubleshooting for hardware / software issues Support POS, printers, scanners in all outlets Install and configure new hardware / software for stores Assist during store openings with equipment setup Maintain asset inventory and perform lifecycle management Perform hardware health checks every 2 months across all stores Assist outlet and finance teams with document errors or system issues. Support onboarding / training for new store staff Provide remote or onsite support for stores and HQ teams
ROLE
- Provides first-line technical support and maintains all IT hardware across stores and head office. Responsible for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of devices, ensuring reliable performance and assisting outlet and finance teams with technical and document-related issues.
