Customer Service cum Admin Assistant Work closely with various departments and give support in terms of inventory information, logistics support, order status, etc. Manage and familiarise in our Warehouse Management System and ERP system to efficiently advise on customer order status, provide information to managers on inventory level, etc. Work closely with the retail team and communicate with them for stock allocation and any stock related matters for stores across Malaysia. Ensure inventory are accurately synced across our ecommerce and marketplace platforms. Arrange and coordinate stock requests from various departments for movement to stores, offices, and other locations.Handling customer order issues by liaising with customers, warehouse and 3rd party logistics partners.
